Chocolatier starts with a fascinating discussion about the history of chocolate and production process from bean to bar. Whether making chocolate is a hobby for you or you wish to pursue it as a serious career choice, it will take you to next level of chocolate making.

A young and dynamic Chocolatier, Ruhee Bhimani is a graduate in hotel management from Mumbai University who has spent the last few years of her life learning the finer nuances of chocolate making. A self labeled choco-fanatic, Ruhee has trotted around the globe and visited many master chefs to watch them closely and learnt the skill of making chocolates with finesse. Furthermore, she spent years, experimenting with various flavors, and creating mouth watering recipes. Hence after gaining considerable experience she decided to launch a course of soul stirring chocolates at her newly launched Cocoa Cottage Academy.
