"Extremely disappointing experience and a complete waste of my money and valuable time. In 1.5 months, only around 5 classes were conducted, and even those happened once in a while with no consistency. With regular classes, I could have completed almost half of my A2 level during this time. Instead, the classes were so irregular that I hardly remember what was taught. The management has been very unprofessional in handling the situation. Despite the repeated missed classes and failure to provide the regular course I paid for, they are still refusing to refund my money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend taking classes here."

"They completely failed to run the classes as promised. Their pattern is always the same: they assign a trainer who teaches just 1 or 2 classes, and then the lessons abruptly stop. Every single time, Shravani gave the exact same two excuses—either the trainer had a "medical emergency" or they were facing a "technical Issue" themselves. It has been 8 months of constant follow-ups with absolutely no resolution. Now, they are completely ignoring my calls and messages regarding my refund. This is highly unprofessional, deceptive, and poor business behaviour. I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking any classes here."

"Do not book any class here. They take the registration fee nd then they don’t start the classes. I have told them several times. They are neither refunding nor starting the classes. I’ll never learn from here again. Worst experience. "
