I'm Bhumika, an advocate enrolled at the Bombay High Court with an independent practice in Mumbai. I work every day with statutes, case law, pleadings, and courtroom arguments, and I bring that real-world experience into every lesson. That way you learn not only what the law says but how it actually works.

What I teach

For LLB and law school students, I cover Criminal Law (BNS/IPC, BNSS/CrPC, Evidence), Civil Law (CPC, Contract, Specific Relief, Property Law), Jurisprudence, Law and Medicine, and Court Craft, which includes drafting plaints, written statements, bail applications and legal notices, framing arguments, and courtroom procedure. I also help students understand the transition from the old criminal codes to the new BNS, BNSS, and BSA.

For Cambridge International AS & A Level Law students, I cover the English Legal System, Criminal Law, Law of Contract, and Law of Tort. I focus closely on the syllabus, the assessment objectives, and examiner expectations.

How I teach

I start with the concept in simple language. Then I connect it to landmark cases and real examples, and finally I train you to apply it. For problem questions, I teach a clear structure: identify the issue, state the legal rule with authority, apply it to the facts, and reach a reasoned conclusion. For essay questions, I show you how to build an argument, evaluate the law critically, and use cases effectively rather than just listing them.
