I am a seasoned Human Resources leader with nearly four decades of experience in strategic HR, talent management, leadership development, and organisational transformation. I have served as Executive Vice President & Head – Human Resources at UTI Asset Management Company Ltd., where I partnered closely with senior leadership to drive people strategy and organisational excellence.

I hold an MBA and am pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), and am a certified Executive Coach, Psychometric Assessor, Competency Mapping Professional, and NLP Practitioner. In addition to my corporate leadership experience, I now advise start-ups, MSMEs, and financial services organisations on HR strategy, governance, and capability building. I am passionate about mentoring students and young professionals by combining strong academic foundations with practical industry insights to prepare them for successful careers.
