Aseem Kaushal

I have been training in various forms of martial arts since the age of 4. With over 18 years of experience under my belt, I aim to teach my students the most complete and practical form of karate that I possibly can.

My style is centered around techniques from traditional Shotokan Karate and classical Japanese Jujutsu, with further influences from the arts of kickboxing, shaolin kung fu, Shito-ryu karate and Goju-ryu karate. I continue my efforts to refine and perfect my style enthusiastically on a daily basis- I am always learning and always improving.

Having recently returned from Canada after a four-year stay as a student at the University of British Columbia (where I had the opportunity to train with and learn from truly world-class instructors) I greatly look forward to sharing my knowledge and skills with any and all interested parties.
