Animesh Toppo

I am a 23 year old fitness coach. My services are online/ at home coaching as per client's needs. I am certified in Basic Nutrition and Fitness by INFS. I have a degree in BA and currently I'm pursuing certification in Nutrition and International Personal Trainer course. I have worked with 2 clients in weight management and 1 in strength and muscle building online and in person. They have been following a home workout. My skills are based around joint health and working in accordance with client's lifestyle. I have been an athlete my entire life which included sports such as track and field, football, basket ball and boxing. I had been delegated to position of authority in school and college. As I have dealt with various injuries, I recognize the importance of addressing issues instead of ignoring them and work on understanding the causes of discomfort. I believe in strength building as it helps my clients gain confidence in themselves, provides longevity, and provides insight about their unique abilities which have yet to be discovered.
