Yog means Union
Anaadi Yog is an ancient method of Siddhas unification of the soul with the supreme soul. It helps us in balancing our emotions by balancing the movements of energy within our body. Anaadi Yog teaches the technique to achieve oneness with the supreme soul through rhythm of our inner soul. As said before the movement/rhythm of the universe is the same as that of the particles within our body. In Anaadi Yog we teach the art of Listening and conversing to god through rhythm of the universe and the healing power of silence. Anaadi Yog is based on experience of how sound vibrations affects the body, mind and spirit without movement of the tongue, the mouth and changes in the chemicals in the brain. As long as we are in this body controlled by our sense, the explanation would be very difficult. All our sense, body and mind are all finite. Anything that a mind can grasp is also finite. A finite can never experience or understand or define infinite. However there are and there were people throughout the history who have experienced emptiness and nothingness that leads to the experience of Infinite and eventually achieved salvation.
