Hi Vishaka, the answer to your question, starts with another problem, which soft skill do you personally feel you need help in improving? Soft Skills as a term is an umbrella term and refers to the interpersonal skills required by anyone to get along well with others. These could be various skills like; communication skills, problem-solving, leadership skills (flexibility, empathy, ownership,pro-activeness, etc. are subsets of leadership), critical-thinking, creative-thinking, willingness to learn (which you have already shown by reaching out for help).

So, it's important to introspect and do a quick review of your strengths and weaknesses, which will give you an idea of which aspect you need help with and then reach out to the relevant teachers/trainers/coaches.

The other approach is self-learning, which has helped me personally the most. There are enough and more resources available on the net, on any topic you need help on. Go through google, youtube, and more importantly look for recommended books that can help you in your journey. 

Most importantly, make a start.
