I am a personal fitness trainer with 7 years of experience, dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness, strength, and overall health goals. My approach is centered around creating personalized workout plans that are tailored to each client’s specific needs, fitness level, and long-term objectives.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree and am a certified fitness trainer from Cult.fit Healthcare Fitness Center (2025). This professional certification has equipped me with in-depth knowledge of exercise science, training techniques, and safe workout practices, which I apply in my training sessions.

Throughout my career, I have worked as a personal trainer in private gyms, where I gained hands-on experience in training clients with different fitness goals such as weight loss, muscle building, and strength development. This exposure has helped me understand how to design effective and adaptable fitness programs.

Currently, I am working as a freelance trainer, where I independently guide clients and provide customized training plans along with continuous support. This allows me to focus more on individual attention and ensure that each client progresses at a comfortable and sustainable pace.

I conduct both online and offline sessions, making it convenient for clients to stay consistent with their fitness routine. My goal is to create a supportive and motivating environment where clients feel encouraged to push their limits and achieve better results.
