I am a fitness industry professional and I am part of this industry from the past 12 years. I am living in Newzealand from the past 7 years and I have specialized in weight training, cardiovascular exercises and sports nutrition. My wife "Gauri" is also part of this Industry from past 13 years. She is a "Hatha yoga " teacher from " Kaivalyadhama institute Lonavla" . She runs and manages her own Yoga studio titled " Gauri yoga" in Newzealand and caters to international clients and students.
We believe in natural way of life and take every opportunity to cater to our clients and help them achieve their fitness goals and lead a healthy life .
