-After a stint in the investment banking industry, I started my journey of coaching and mentoring kids preparing for competitive engineering entrance exams. -As an education professional, I believe in imparting not just high-quality conceptual understanding, but also teaching a value system based on integrity, compassion, and common sense. - Teachers today are not only required to be good in their subjects but also as a facilitator for curiosity and exploration into the subject and life in general. Learning how to learn, resourcefulness, ownership and practice are as important from the student’s perspective as are clear concepts and bookish learning. My effort is to not just prepare students for the exams and university but also on handling practical aspects of life which are essential but somehow never taught in school or college -I am an Electronics and Communications engineer, graduating with honours from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani
