I am a pharmaceutical sciences professional with a BPharm from SVKM’s Dr. Bhanuben Nanavati College of Pharmacy, Mumbai, and a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Science and Technology from the National University of Singapore (NUS). My academic and professional experience spans pharmaceutical research, biotechnology, manufacturing, quality, and healthcare innovation.

During my postgraduate studies at NUS, I worked on a thesis focused on transdermal drug delivery and formulation development, gaining hands-on experience with techniques including HPLC, LC-MS, qPCR, flow cytometry, FTIR, DSC, TGA, SEM, rheology, and drug-permeation studies. I also completed a research internship at A*STAR, where I worked on an atopic dermatitis project involving qPCR, ELISA, Western blotting, flow cytometry, cell-based assays, human skin tissue processing, microbiome sampling, immunofluorescence, and microscopy.

Beyond laboratory research, I have gained exposure to healthcare and bioprocess innovation through an MOH-funded research project and a collaboration with Endress+Hauser, where I contributed to market research, stakeholder interviews, technology benchmarking, and product-development strategy for real-time bioprocess monitoring. I also recently placed second in the APAC ISPE Hackathon, working with a team to develop a pharmaceutical sterilization and manufacturing solution under a time-constrained industry challenge.

I am an active member of ISPE Singapore and have held leadership and student-management roles, including managing teams and coordinating industry engagement initiatives. I also have experience in teaching and mentoring, including English communication mentoring, peer support, and student leadership.

Overall, my background combines pharmaceutical sciences, laboratory research, biopharmaceutical and manufacturing exposure, healthcare innovation, project management, leadership, and communication. I am particularly interested in building my early career in technical and laboratory-based roles across pharmaceutical and biotechnology R&D, manufacturing operations, MSAT, QA/QC, process improvement, and related areas.
