Actors are human. An actor may get tired of many things & situations, but if he/she is in love with acting, they will always find a way out. It is better to accept the reality and upgrade, update & empower ourselves for better or worst. Acting is the most insecure profession, so one need to understand harsh truth about it.

On stage, audience is in front of you and so you get real response from your viewers. Film is a different medium than stage, one need to understand the basic differences and apply necessary techniques as per the requirements of the respective medium. It is not tough, but not that easy, it is all depend upon the person and the perspective.
