Hi, how much is the monthly fees of home tutor for bank exam preparation?

Depends on the quality of tutor, your level of preparation, how many hours per month, your location etc. If you take a crash course for a month, with 12 hours a week worth of classes, then you are looking at anywhere from Rs 5000 - Rs 10000 for home tutoring of a course like IBPS PO.

How to talking or speaking English, because I will go to Bangkok?

Speaking English is easy if you hear enough conversation in English and understand the context. I would suggest that you watch some youtube videos with subtitles and ask someone what you don't understand. Having a tutor will help.
