Hey, I'm a corporate lawyer working in the banking litigation team in Banking and Finance Sector. I regularly address legal queries of business and recovery team pertaining to recovery laws and RBI circulars/ regulations specifically on borrower's classification as Non Performaing Assets , Wilful Defaulter and Non Cooperative Borrower . I am also actively involved in corporate loan and asset recovery proceedings for the Bank before the NCLT and other forums. Additionally, I also service the legal requirements/ Bank's correspondence with the Borrowers.

This is all about my corporate life and when I'm not working one can find me reaing about laws or non fiction books. Recently, I have also developed a great interest in teaching.
