I am a personal fitness trainer with 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. I work with students and clients on strength training, weight management, fitness, and overall physical conditioning. My focus is on understanding individual goals and providing personalised guidance to help learners make consistent progress.

I have completed my Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) and am also a certified personal fitness trainer. My professional training and certification, combined with a decade of practical experience, have helped me develop the knowledge and skills required to guide individuals safely and effectively.

Over the years, I have worked with people of different ages, fitness levels, and requirements. This experience has helped me understand that fitness cannot follow a single approach for everyone. Each person has different goals, abilities, routines, and challenges, and I believe training should be adapted accordingly.

My approach focuses on developing strength, improving fitness, supporting healthy weight management, and improving overall physical conditioning. I emphasise proper guidance and consistency rather than expecting quick results through unrealistic methods.

I believe that correct technique is an important part of effective training. I guide students through exercises and help them understand how to perform movements properly. I also consider their existing fitness level while planning their training so that they can progress gradually and safely.

I conduct both online and offline training sessions depending on the student’s requirements. I aim to provide personalised attention and practical guidance during every session. I also encourage students to remain consistent with their training and understand that sustainable fitness is built through regular effort.

My goal as a personal fitness trainer is to help each student become stronger, fitter, and more confident. I want to make fitness a sustainable part of their routine and guide them towards their individual goals through structured training and proper support.
