My coaching is built on the principles of precision and dedication.With 10+ years of experience in several martial arts I'm currently providing general fitness training, weight loss and management programs,strength and conditioning,self defense classes as freelance fitness trainer.I'm Certified grappling coach and referee also certified as level 1 strength and conditioning trainer.Sessions will be provided online through google meet or zoom platforms. Maximum of 6 sessions per week will be given. Schedules can be altered according to clienfs requirements and availability.
