One of the coolest and fun things in excel are to create a simple question and answer both using MS excel that can blow your friends' mind. The first step is to build an input screen that displays a custom cartoon character asking users to input any question about the particular topic the Q & A answer both should design for operational risk management. There should be only one input field on the home page worksheet. Next step is on a hidden spreadsheet you should create containing a list of hundreds of FAQ's on operational risk management gathered from many sources. Following is the step that deals with thinking of every possible permutation of each question. You need to apply LOOKUP reference in the next column using the same reference for all combinations of the same question. Lastly, you just need to use nested vertical lookups to match the text of the users' question with the database of thousands of questions and then retrieve the corresponding answer.
