I am Kamala M., a passionate dietitian and educator specializing in Food & Nutrition. I hold a Master’s degree in Food & Nutrition from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, one of India’s leading universities, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from MG University, where I secured a University 3rd rank—reflecting my strong academic foundation.

My expertise lies in clinical nutrition and dietetics, where I have gained hands-on experience in understanding dietary needs, planning balanced nutrition, and counseling individuals for better health outcomes. Alongside my practical experience, I have also been actively involved in teaching and guiding junior students during my academic journey.

I have a strong passion for teaching and sharing knowledge. My approach focuses on simplifying complex nutritional concepts and making them easy to understand and apply in real life. I believe nutrition is not just a subject but a lifestyle, and I strive to help students and learners develop a deeper understanding of healthy living.

In addition to Diet and Nutrition, I also teach Class 11, B.Sc., and B.Tech subjects, particularly those related to life sciences and nutrition.

My goal is to help students build strong fundamentals in nutrition, understand its real-world importance, and apply it effectively—whether for academic success or personal well-being.
