Tutoring is not just about imparting knowledge; it is a dynamic and transformative experience for both the tutor and the student.I have almost 15year of experience of teaching tution to Class 1-5. My journey as tutor started to earn some amount to pay my expenses. Many of the students I tutored initially lacked confidence in their abilities, especially in subjects where they struggled. Witnessing their transformation over time was incredibly rewarding. As I helped them understand complex topics and improve their grades, their confidence soared. This reinforced my belief in the power of encouragement and support in nurturing self-assurance. Through tutoring, I discovered my own teaching style and a passion for education. I found joy in simplifying complex topics, using real-life examples to make learning engaging, and fostering critical thinking. These experiences prompted me to consider a career in education, a path I had not previously explored.
