I have been training males and females for weight gain and loss along with diet plan. My charger for hourly basis is 750 rs per session and session is for 60 minutes and it includes diet plan for the day also. Incase for monthly package which includes 5 days a week workout for 60 minutes each along with diet plan for 7 days is 7500 Rs per client. 1 day free trial without charges for 30 minutes. Group classes for couples and friends includes per session at 650 rs and monthly package is 6500 Rs only for group of 2 and more. For a group of 4 and more special weekend in house or outside training class is available rates are fixed but results are guaranteed only for serious clients who are discipline and follows correct diet as suggested.
