IdentityI am Kaustubh Upadhyay, a seasoned professional with over seven years of diverse experience in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector. Presently, I am working as an Assistant Professor at SRM Institute of Science and Technology NCR Campus teaching the subjects of Social Engineering and Leadership & Communication (Skill Training) to B.Tech, M.Tech and BBA students.
As a Trainer I have served as a Regional Manager (Training Department) at Muthoot Microfin Ltd., overseeing the entire UP-West region for the past two years. My role has honed my leadership, strategic planning, and people management skills, ensuring the seamless execution of operations across a diverse landscape.
In academics, I hold an MBA from the esteemed Central University of Allahabad, where I was recognized as the third rank holder with an impressive 8.69 CGPA.
