To reset a device in Intune: 1. *Wipe*: Removes all data and settings, restoring the device to its factory default state. 2. *Retire*: Removes the device from Intune management, but doesn't erase data. 3. *Fresh Start*: Resets Windows 10 devices to a pristine state, removing apps and settings. To perform a wipe or retire action: 1. Go to the Intune console. 2. Select *Devices* > *All devices*. 3. Choose the device you want to reset. 4. Click *...* (more actions) and select: - *Wipe* (factory reset) - *Retire* (remove from management) 5. Confirm the action. For Fresh Start: 1. Go to the Intune console. 2. Select *Devices* > *Windows* > *Device configurations*. 3. Create or edit a device configuration profile. 4. Add the *Fresh Start* setting and configure options. 5. Assign the profile to the device. Note: - Wipe and Retire actions are irreversible. - Fresh Start requires Windows 10, version 1709 or later. - Before resetting, ensure you have backed up any necessary data. Remember to carefully consider the implications of resetting a device before taking action. read less
