I used to run my own web development company and we used to hire freshers as well as Junior developers. I was responsible for conducting the training of freshers and bringing them on board so that they can start working on Live projects.



I feel teaching is interactive process where students and teacher should discuss things rather than students just listening the lectures.



I will be teaching individuals/group of people using PPTs as reference and there will be exercise for each topic and evaluation of the excercise.



Once the basic concepts are over students will be given a project to work on so that he can apply his learning in to practice. This is very crucial as understanding concept can be easy but applying them into practice can be tricky.



I have good experience of working on PHP, MySQL, HTML, Javascript, jQuery.



My teaching would be more focused on Why should be something done in X ways and not only How to do it in X way as finding how is very simple, you can just go to internet and find.



What I love about teaching is interacting with students and their curious questions. With questions coming from students even I get to learn more Its always good to have challenging students!
