I have developed over 100 customized rehabilitation and exercise protocols and analyzed progress data from more than 500 patients, tracking measurable outcomes such as strength, balance, functional independence, and performance milestones. I also possess detailed knowledge of NCSA strength training principles, high-intensity strength training methodologies, and comprehensive muscle anatomy, including functional biomechanics and progressive exercise prescription.

My expertise allows me to effectively review session structures, monitor trainer performance, ensure exercise progression aligns with physiological principles, and provide constructive feedback to enhance client outcomes. I am highly organized, proficient in Excel-based tracking systems, and experienced in maintaining structured documentation for quality control and reporting.
