I'm passionate about education and have 6 months of hands-on teaching experience at KL International School in Meerut.There, I taught a small group of 4 primary school students aged 8-10, focusing on English language arts and basic math. My role involved creating engaging lesson plans, delivering interactive sessions twice a week, and providing personalized feedback to help them improve reading comprehension and problem-solving skills.
In those 6 months, I saw real progress—for instance, all four students boosted their reading fluency by 25-30% through fun activities like storytelling and group games. This experience honed my ability to adapt to different learning styles in a multicultural setting, manage classroom dynamics, and foster a supportive environment. Before this, I volunteered with local tutoring programs, which sparked my love for teaching.
