Depends on your experience with programming. A fresher can get familiar with good enough HTML,CSS in a month(even at 2 hour a day). Alongside, you can start learning about CS concepts in general and also how website works. These will help when you learn JS. JS alone should take a month because it has a lot of things and also it is important to be strong on JS basics if you want to work with a framework. Which brings us to the framework which can be Angular/react(library) etc. They have their own little concepts which make doing things easier. Since they are completely based on JS, using them to make simple projects should not take much time. In a month or so you can have a lot of dummy projects/clones for your practice. So if you study with focus and understand the reason for using/building things, then 3 months are enough to get an entry level job where they will train you for a month or so to introduce you to the things they are using in their projects read less
