If you are forced to study on our own it might get difficult. But with strong basics of 1 and 2 years and with good clinical postings you will definitely have a better exposure and knowledge. At the end what matters the most is your interest to gain more knowledge.. You need to understand that you will need to keep studying till you retire to update your knowledge. read less
