Rohit Chandrasekharan

For the past 6 years, I have been a member of the Learning and Development Team at an Automotive OEM, where I collaborate with colleagues to provide a wide range of Automotive-related (technical and sales) content. In my primary role, I design and develop storyboards and Instructor-led training modules for multiple Automotive brands. I also create post-training questionnaires and assessments to measure the effectiveness of the training programs.
Prior to this, I worked as a lecturer in the Automobile Engineering Department at Pimpri-Chinchwad Polytechnic in Akurdi for 5 years. During my tenure, I taught courses in basics of automobile engineering, vehicle chassis, mechanical engineering drawing, and design of automobile components. In addition to teaching, I conducted lectures and practicals, and worked diligently to ensure the overall development of my students, which led to their good academic performance. As a part of my responsibilities, I oversaw State level and National level technical activities, performed confidential work assigned by Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, and contributed to the ISO certification of the college. Additionally, I served as the Department Associate Coordinator for National Board of Accreditation (NBA), India, and supervised an innovative project that was selected to participate in a Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education organized State level project competition.
