To obtain a position where I can use my teaching acumen to
combine theoretical knowledge with real work situation and
excel as a professional. Planning and conducting activities for a balanced program
of instruction, demonstration and work time that provides
students with opportunities to observe, question and
investigate.
• Established inspired classrooms setting with systems and
procedures that manage student behaviour, movement and
learning;
• Supported and guided staff in classroom to achieve desired
goals set forth for children;
• Prepared classroom and materials according to Montessori
pedagogy and needs of children;
• Guided children to resolve disagreements and documents
issues, incidents and behavior problems for appropriate
follow up;

as outdoor spaces to facilitate creative play and motor skills
activities considering the safety of students;
• Conducting quarterly meetings with parents/ guardians to
discuss children’s progress and to understand their
respective priorities for children and accordingly, aligning
the priorities with the resource available; and
• Informed students and families of classroom activities and
student progress and identified methods to involve parents
in student education.
