I teach Mathematics to students from Classes 6 to 8 and Psychology to students from Classes 11 and 12. Although I’m relatively new to formal teaching, my passion for education and subject clarity drives me to make learning meaningful and engaging for my students. My approach is student-focused, aiming to simplify complex topics and foster curiosity in every session.

Academically, I have completed both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Commerce (B.Com and M.Com). My foundation in numbers and logic has naturally shaped my interest in teaching Mathematics at the middle school level. I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Psychology, which has deepened my understanding of human behavior and mental processes — a subject I now love teaching to senior secondary students.

Even without formal teaching experience, I’ve been supporting peers and younger students in their academics informally for years. This hands-on experience has given me confidence in my teaching ability and helped me discover effective ways to break down subjects based on individual learning needs.

My teaching method is interactive and structured. I follow a well-designed lesson plan, ensuring that each topic is covered thoroughly before moving to the next. I encourage students to ask questions, participate in discussions, and engage with the subject through real-life examples and scenarios. Whether it’s solving algebraic equations or discussing cognitive theories, I focus on clarity and practical understanding.

In my online classes, I use PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) to visually aid learning and keep sessions dynamic. These visual tools help students connect better with theoretical concepts, especially in Psychology. I also integrate simple quizzes, revision slides, and interactive questions to keep students actively involved in the class.

I do provide notes to students, customized to their syllabus and comprehension levels. These notes are structured, concise, and useful for both revision and exam preparation. I also believe in helping students develop study discipline, so I occasionally share study tips and small assignments to keep them on track.

My goal as a tutor is not just to prepare students for exams but to help them develop a deeper interest in the subjects I teach. I believe that with the right support and a positive learning environment, every student can achieve academic success and grow confident in their abilities.
