I started my carrier as staff nurse in Critical care Unit in a 550 bedded multispecialty hospital. Later I was promoted as Clinical Instructor in the same institution, Where I was taking care of training and competency building of nurses working in Critical care , Emergency, Transplant Units and Cath Lab. I have also been a resource person in various national and state level conferences and workshops. Recently, (2019-2021),I completed my M.Sc in Pediatric Nursing. I will be able to manage both Medical Surgical and Pediatric Nursing.
