Neither is "better"; they complement each other. White box tests internal logic, black box tests functionality.

It's often used for critical components of an application, such as payment remittance and national security systems. White box testing is resource-intensive and requires a lot of technical knowledge, so it's usually performed by developers who wrote the code. Black box testing This method is best for testing the software's functionality from the customer's perspective. It's often used to test how end users interact with the product.
