it is impossible to make magnetic monopole. if we cut a bar magnet in to 2 pieces ,we will get 2 poles for each pieces . theoretically it is proved by multipole expansion. if we expand the magnetic field in series. we will get many terms in which first one is monopole term, second one is dipole term , and quadrapole term going on.in this series we can found that the magnetic monopole term as zero.every cases magmetic monopole term will not exist.

we know that current is the rate of change of charge.we can write that in the form of equation,
I=q/t
here I is the current, q is the charge flow, and t is the time
on cross multiplication , we will get
q=It
then we know that unit of current is ampere(A) and unit of time is second(s)in si unit so unit of charge will be Ampere second
