Structured Hypertrophy & Progression: I design and teach my clients how to navigate structured training blocks (typically 14-week programming cycles). You will learn how to track your training volume, master progressive overload, and understand RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) so you can see tangible changes in strength and body composition. Autonomy & Lifestyle Education: True fitness happens outside the gym. A major part of my coaching involves educating you on nutritional literacy (understanding macros and energy balance), optimizing recovery, and building sustainable habits.
