If you are starting your home tuitions then, first of all, you have to distribute pamphlets in your near and far areas with the proper advertisement for your classes. You can make a page of your teaching on Facebook. If you get a good response, and you are getting students in higher bulk then only you have to keep employees under you. Take charges according to the per subject for course completion for more upper classes like class 9,10,11,12. Don't take the risk of taking costs monthly. For your employees, try to give them a fixed salary.
