I have an engineering degree in b.E automobile engineering from psg college of technology coimbatore with first class cgpa of 8.43/10 I also have done a post graduate diploma in innovation and corporate entrepreneurship from symbiosis institute of business management pune after working as an engineer for 3 yrs in different roles in cummins india ltd pune a global engine manufacturing company post that I have 2 years of experience on training, tutoring , mentoring in various fields I have held various leadership responsibilities ever since my school days. My key area of focus is empowerment through education employment and entrepreneurship. I am conversant with problem solving tools such as fault tree analysis six sigma project management process management etc. I am currently pursuing a post graduate diploma course in education technology and administration. I can suit roles involving " skill enhancement , talent identification, motivation , career development.
