Raymond John

Hello! My name is Raymond John. I am a full-time associate pastor and a passionate pianist. I believe that music is a beautiful ability given to us by God, and my ultimate calling is to use this gift to bless others and train the next generation of musicians.

I have been playing the piano since 6th grade and have gained over 15 years of practical keyboard experience. Over these years, I have served as a gospel pianist across various churches, gaining a rich understanding of worship flow, live performance, and spiritual expression.

My Musical Background & Specialities:
* Gospel & Church Music: I specialize in teaching chord progressions, playing by ear, and understanding how to lead a congregation into worship.
* Western Jazz Piano: I actively play and study Western jazz, which allows me to teach advanced improvisation, unique chord structures, and rhythm.
* Original Composition: I love teaching students how to express their own creativity through songwriting.

My Teaching Approach (Online & Offline):
As a pastor, I bring immense patience, encouragement, and care to my students. Whether we are connecting online or meeting in person, I strive to create an uplifting environment.
1. Master practical chord play and develop a strong ear to play your favorite hymns and songs.
2. Understand music theory in a simple, stress-free way.
3. Cultivate your unique musical talents to serve your local church or community.

Whether you are a complete beginner, an adult playing for personal joy, or someone looking to serve through music, I would be honored to guide you step-by-step. Book a demo class with me today, and let's praise God through our music!
