Chintalapati Lakshmi Radha Vandana

I teach Biology to students of Classes 11 and 12 and have recently started teaching on UrbanPro. As I begin my teaching journey, I am focused on creating a clear, supportive, and engaging learning experience for students. Biology involves understanding many interconnected concepts, and my aim is to help students develop a strong foundation rather than simply memorising information.

I have completed my Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.), which has given me a strong academic foundation in medical science and a detailed understanding of the human body and biological processes. My medical education has involved studying Biology and related subjects in depth, and I use this knowledge to explain concepts accurately and connect them with practical and real-world examples wherever relevant.

For Class 11 and Class 12 students, I focus on making Biology concepts easier to understand by breaking complex topics into smaller and more manageable parts. I explain the subject systematically and encourage students to understand the relationships between different concepts. This approach helps students build their knowledge step by step and become more comfortable with topics that may initially seem difficult or detailed.

I also place importance on diagrams and visual explanations while teaching Biology. Many biological processes, structures, and systems are easier to understand when students can visualise them clearly. I use relevant diagrams and presentations to support my explanations and help students understand important details. I also encourage students to ask questions whenever they have doubts so that gaps in understanding can be addressed during the lesson itself.

My classes are interactive and student-focused. Rather than making the session one-sided, I encourage students to participate, discuss concepts, and share their understanding. I regularly check whether the student has understood the topic before moving forward. This allows me to identify areas that may require additional explanation and adjust the pace of the lesson according to the student's needs.

I use presentations and a digital whiteboard as teaching tools to make my online classes more organised and engaging. I combine these resources with clear explanations, examples, diagrams, questions, and discussions. My aim is to create lessons where students can follow the topic easily and remain actively involved throughout the session.

I conduct online classes and focus on providing personalised guidance based on each student's level of understanding and learning requirements. Since I am at the beginning of my formal teaching journey, I am committed to approaching every class with preparation, patience, and genuine attention to the student's progress. My goal is to help Class 11 and 12 students understand Biology clearly, strengthen their fundamentals, clarify their doubts, and develop greater confidence in the subject.
