"Practice makes a man perfect". The way you learned grammer, same way you need to learn to speak. The words are there in your mind but it is should come out from you. Donot hesitate in talking to people around you in english.You should try speaking in front of mirror and start with simple words and sentence. It comes gradually but you will get it. Hear some good audios/ videos and repeat them. The more you hear, the more you will improve in speaking.Good luck!

Hello, All the languages are useful and have demand in different aspects. Which language to learn depends upon once interest and his/her furture goals. French is the most spoken language in the world, it is accepted in many developed and developing countries. Germany is a developed country and german is spoken in many countries as official language. There is lot of opporunity in germany for science students and engineering proffesionals. There is a demand of various other skill sets. Spanish and japense is catching up.
