I am Margam Akshay Kumar, a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) graduate from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Nagpur, with over 2 years of professional experience in architecture and BIM. I am currently working as an Architect I at Dar Al-Handasah (Shair & Partners), where I contribute to international infrastructure and building projects involving BIM modelling, multidisciplinary coordination, construction documentation, and Revit-based project delivery. Before this, I worked at Aarvee Engineering Consultants, where I gained experience on metro rail, railway station, institutional, residential, and mixed-use projects. Alongside my professional career, I am also an experienced Architecture Software Tutor at Wiingy. I have successfully taught college students and architecture enthusiasts through one-on-one online sessions, helping them understand both the fundamentals and advanced concepts of architectural software. I have guided students in Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, and Navisworks, while also assisting them with academic projects, assignments, portfolio development, BIM workflows, rendering, and design presentations. My teaching approach is practical, interactive, and student-focused. I believe in explaining concepts step by step, encouraging questions, and using real-world architectural projects to help students understand industry practices. I adapt my teaching style according to each student's level, whether they are beginners learning software for the first time or advanced learners preparing for internships, academic submissions, or professional careers. My key strengths include Autodesk Revit, BIM Modelling, BIM Coordination, Rhino + Grasshopper, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, Adobe Photoshop, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination. With my combination of industry experience and teaching expertise, I am confident in helping students build both technical proficiency and practical architectural knowledge.
