I am a post graduate student in Msc. Food and Nutrition. UGC NET Qualified and merit holder in Punjab Agricultural University. Done internship of 4months as dietitic intern in DMC Hospital, ludhiana.

My background includes a solid foundation in dietetics, clinical nutrition, community nutrition, food science, and research methodology. Alongside academics, I have gained practical exposure through hospital-based dietetics internships, community nutrition camps (Anganwadi centres, colleges, and defence establishments), and counselling individuals on balanced diets, lifestyle modification, and disease prevention.
I have experience explaining nutrition concepts in a clear, structured, and student-friendly manner, making complex topics easy to understand. I am comfortable guiding learners in areas such as meal planning, dietary assessment, basic clinical nutrition, and applied dietetics. My approach as a tutor is patient, empathetic, and concept-oriented, focusing on building both knowledge and confidence in students.
I am highly motivated, organized, and passionate about teaching nutrition responsibly and ethically. I believe my academic background, practical exposure, and communication skills make me a suitable candidate.
