Jaspreet Singh

I am Jaspreet Singh and I'm from Ludhiana, Punjab. I've been passionate about art from the childhood days and I've always wanted to be an artist and I've been doing art from 2nd standard. So pursued my passion and did Bachelor's in Fine arts graduation in graphics from Government College of Art, Chandigarh. My work was limited at first with drawing portraits only but I honed my skills and loved to draw and paint wildlife, landscapes, composed wildlife and nature paintings. My work evolved from portraits to wildlife and landscapes more. From past 2 years I've been working on producing my own references for my works. I still love to do portraits and I've also done live paintings and still life and portrait from life as I always want learn and push my art further. I also earned the awards and places in group show where my works were featured. I mostly work in charcoal, graphite and oil paints but I've done water colours, gouache, acrylics and pastels also but those are my go-to mediums. The subjects that I work on are always my own experience with animals, nature or any human as I think this makes me to do my best.
