I’m a Mindset & Communication Coach and the founder of Flamingo Academy and Strong Mind Coach. Over the last 9+ years, I have worked as a corporate trainer, communication coach, and certified IELTS/PTE trainer, helping professionals, students, and organizations unlock their true potential.

My journey started in the corporate world with global brands like American Express, Barclays, and TaskUs, where I trained teams in communication, customer experience, and leadership skills. These years gave me hands-on experience in understanding how confidence, clarity, and the right mindset directly influence success.

In 2019, I founded Flamingo Academy (Ludhiana), where I have trained hundreds of students in IELTS, PTE, Duolingo, and Spoken English, while also guiding them to build confidence and strong communication skills. Later, I expanded into mindset and emotional intelligence coaching through Strong Mind Coach, helping professionals and aspiring trainers develop resilience, leadership, and mindful communication.
