Take last last two digits it is what letters 69 so it means that the last digit in the answer should be 3 or 7 now check it for 1313 lies between square of 3 and square of 4 it means that the number which we are trying to find should lie between the numbers 30 to 40 answer should be 33 or 37 so you can easily calculate one of these and you will find that the answer is 37
