I am a senior HR and corporate leadership professional with 35+ years of experience across leading organisations including Tata Motors, KRIBHCO Fertilizers, Minda Corporation, Uttam Steel and Intech Organics. I have held senior leadership responsibilities in HR, administration, industrial relations, employee development and organisational governance.

Over my career, I have worked closely with senior management and employees across different levels, handled complex workplace situations, led teams and organisational initiatives, and helped professionals navigate communication, collaboration, problem-solving, adaptability and workplace professionalism.

I now use this practical corporate experience to mentor students, young professionals and first-time managers, helping them develop the workplace skills that are often learned only through years of experience.
