I have two years of teaching experience at a Playway school, where I had the opportunity to work closely with young children during their early developmental stages. During this time, I was responsible for creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment that encouraged learning through play. My role involved planning and conducting age-appropriate activities that helped children develop basic skills in communication, motor coordination, social interaction, and early literacy. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work was observing how children learn best when they are engaged, happy, and free to explore. I used a variety of play-based teaching methods—such as storytelling, art and craft, music, and role-playing—to support each child’s unique learning style. I also focused on building strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child’s progress and involving them in the learning journey. My time at the Playway school helped me grow both personally and professionally. I learned to be patient, creative, and flexible, adapting my teaching to meet the varying needs of each child. I also gained hands-on experience in classroom management, child psychology, and early childhood education best practices. This experience has strengthened my passion for teaching and has given me a solid foundation for continuing my career in early childhood education.
