I began my journey as a teacher immediately after completing my Graduation with English Honours, in which I secured the 7th position in the University. Naturally, I was drawn into the education sector. My energetic performance and the enthusiasm I brought to my work soon made me the cynosure of the school management.

I pursued my Post Graduation from Sambalpur University, Odisha, and once again excelled academically by securing the 3rd position in the University. This achievement opened doors to several job opportunities, and I subsequently moved to a school that offered senior secondary classes.

After my marriage, I relocated to Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, where I joined City Montessori School—an institution listed in the Guinness Book of World Records for the highest number of students on roll. I successfully cleared the recruitment examination with the highest score. My rapport with students has always been warm and informal. They have trusted me with their personal concerns, knowing they would find emotional support. I have also shared an excellent professional relationship with my colleagues and the school management.

Over the years, my students have consistently achieved outstanding results in board examinations, which remains a matter of great pride for me. I have trained students in effective communication, as well as for various inter-school and council-level competitions such as debates and public speaking, where they have often earned special recognition.

As a teacher, I have also actively participated in numerous professional competitions and received accolades for my performance.

With more than 20 years of experience, I am currently working as a Subject Expert and Teacher Mentor. At the Council level, I serve as the Co-Chief Examiner for English Language at CISCE.
