Now a days students are not able able to study themselves. So I just give a direction to the mind of kids. So that they will be able to perform well. I don't believe in carrot and stick approach. I just pay attention towards the ward. As if he/she is not getting properly..then I must take another method for them.
My intention towards students is to make them understand.and learn..
I just think that the childs are the seeds of fruit as it will only be able to give proper result when he/she should understood.
