I am a former National-level Weightlifter, having proudly represented my State University at national competitions. My journey in sports and fitness began early, and over the years, I have built a strong foundation in physical training, athletic conditioning, and strength development.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, I combined my academic knowledge with real-world experience by working as a Personal Trainer in some of the most reputed fitness centers in Uttar Pradesh. My professional training career includes:

Worked as a Personal Trainer, helping clients achieve structured fitness goals through weight training, corrective exercise, and customized transformation programs.

Delivered one-on-one coaching for clients focused on muscle gain, fat loss, and overall fitness improvement. Gained practical experience training diverse age groups.

Designed and supervised personalized weight‑loss programs, senior fitness routines, and special condition‑friendly workouts with a focus on safety and long-term results.


Over the years, I have developed deep expertise in Weight Loss Programs, Strength Training, Body Transformation, and especially working with older adults, helping them maintain mobility, stamina, and balanced fitness through safe and effective routines.
Currently, I am working in an IT company, but fitness has always been my passion. My commitment to health, discipline, and physical excellence keeps me actively involved in personal training. I continue to coach individuals because helping people transform their lifestyle gives me immense satisfaction.
